Job Description
RH Hospitality is seeking a passionate Associate Hospitality Leader to drive service and operational excellence within its design galleries. The role involves leading a team, shaping strategic direction, upholding quality and safety standards, and creating a guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader capable of developing others and inspiring a team.
Requirements
- 3+ years previous Hospitality Leadership experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to manage financial performance with leadership guidance
- Expertise in computer systems including Microsoft Excel, Inventory Management systems, Micros Point of Sale or equivalent system, and email communication
- Proven ability to work autonomously while making strategic decisions and collaborating effectively across all levels of leadership
- Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country in which they are applying
