Job Description
RH Hospitality is seeking a passionate and motivated Associate Hospitality Leader to drive service and operational excellence within the design galleries portfolio. This role involves leading and developing Team Members, shaping service strategy, ensuring quality and compliance, and supporting financial vision. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strategic mindset.
Requirements
- 3+ years previous Hospitality Leadership experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to manage financial performance with leadership guidance
- Expertise in computer systems including Microsoft Excel, Inventory Management systems, and email communication
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively
- Legal authorization to work in the country
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
