We are hiring for an IDD Direct Support Supervisor to join our team at RHA Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct supervision of two or more employees, managing residential homes/facilities, and ensuring the people supported have a clean and maintained home and yard.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D required
- Associate Degree in a health related area; or two years’ experience in a health related field preferred
- One year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities
- Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed
- Provide CPR after certification
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license
- CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus
