Job Description
Machine Operator IV position will serve our Water Heating Division, located in Montgomery, Alabama. Key responsibilities include configuring, operating, and optimizing multi-stage automated systems and CNC equipment, analyzing equipment data, performing and documenting repetitive TPM routines, and collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Configure, operate, and optimize multi-stage automated systems and CNC equipment
- Analyze equipment data to recommend improvements to uptime, reduce cycle times, and resolve technical bottlenecks
- Perform and document repetitive TPM routines for automated systems
- Use MES and ERP systems to ensure accurate part tracking, production reporting, and data collection
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address machine performance-related issues
- Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance machine stability and product flow
- Maintain an organized work area using 5S and RPS principles
- Observe all departmental safety requirements
- Practice and support Rheem values with internal as well as external customers
