IT Specialist

We are seeking a hands-on, security-driven IT Specialist to support and scale IT operations across a fast-growing organisation of 250+ employees operating in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with operational discipline, automation mindset, and regulatory awareness.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 / Azure AD / JumpCloud, CrowdStrike or equivalent EDR solution
• Experience managing hybrid and remote workforce environments
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (VLANs, VPN, firewalls)
• Experience with endpoint hardening and device compliance enforcement
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritise based on business impact and risk
