IT Specialist

TechSee is a SaaS leader disrupting the Customer Experience (CX) landscape with Visual AI. We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our dynamic team to manage all aspects of TechSee’s IT infrastructure, systems, and security.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an IT Specialist or in the IT field
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in IT systems, networking, and server management
• Experience with enterprise applications such as Google Workspace
• Experience with Python automation scripts - Advantage
• Strong troubleshooting skills for PCs, Macs, Linux, hardware, and software
• Advanced knowledge of managing users, access (Like Active Directory) and mail services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing IT challenges
