Job Description
Rho is a banking platform for startups and accountants, focused on making banking easy and accessible. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will build and manage customer journeys across signup to retention, continuously testing and optimizing flows. This role involves partnering with sales, product, and design to create automated and hand-crafted campaigns.
Requirements
- Obsessive about segmentation, personalization, and customer action.
- Deeply segmented mindset and ability to manage 100+ micro-flows.
- Analytical and creative mindset, capable of turning data into insights.
- Proficiency with data tools (PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker).
- Experience with HubSpot, Customer.io, and other marketing platforms.
- Fast-moving, iterative mindset.
