Sales Account Executive (AE)

Rhythms is on a mission to transform team work by building an AI-native Operating System. As a Sales Account Executive, you’ll introduce Rhythms to forward-thinking organizations and own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to demos, deal negotiation, and post-sale handoff.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in early-stage environments
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate technical and executive-level conversations
• Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, highly adaptable, comfortable in ambiguity
• Passion for AI and the future of work
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
