Purchasing & Scheduling Coordinator

Equilibar is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Purchasing & Scheduling Coordinator to acquire all components from multiple vendors on time and schedule the parts into the assembly queue to become built regulators. The position requires strong communication skills, ability to read and interpret shop orders, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, or related fields preferred
• Ability to follow up on multiple requests over a period of several days
• Strong communication skills when working with vendors or internal customers
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret shop orders, work instructions, and work orders to complete tasks
