Trainee Recovery Coordinator

We are seeking a Trainee Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Waythrough. As a trainee, you will gain knowledge, skills, and practical experience necessary to progress into a Recovery Practitioner role. You will work closely with community partners to create and strengthen opportunities for clients to build recovery capital outside of the service setting.

Requirements

• Provide wraparound support to clients at any stage of their treatment journey
• Work closely with community partners to create and strengthen opportunities for clients to build recovery capital
• Hold a smaller caseload than qualified practitioners with dedicated time focused on learning, upskilling, and improving service delivery for our service users
