Customer Success Manager

They are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of high-value accounts, drive retention and revenue growth through adoption, renewals, and expansions, and be a trusted advisor to e-commerce leaders. This role involves managing end-to-end customer ownership and evolving success playbooks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of owning renewals, onboarding, adoption, and expansions
• Demonstrated success running QBRs/MBRs with senior executives
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• B.Tech degree or equivalent
