Job Description
Join Richpanel as Head of Growth and lead the GTM for an AI-first Customer Service Platform built to disrupt the $400B BPO market. You will work directly with the CEO, supported by a product designer and Marketing Ops Engineer, and have the opportunity to become VP of Growth within 18-24 months.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience working with B2B SaaS products
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of GTM
- Sales ability and experience with demos and closing leads end-to-end
- Customer obsession and ability to speak their language
- Focused and able to use data and customer interviews to shape channel strategy
- Hard work and self-motivation
