Job Description
Customer Support Specialist (Swedish speaking) who will help business customers and end-users find solutions to questions and technical problems related to public transport ticketing and real-time solutions.
Requirements
- Advise and help business customers in matters related to public transport ticketing system, real-time system, and hardware in the bus
- Offer best service to customers and put yourself in a customer’s position before replying to the inquiries
- Have experience and understanding of REST API and SQL
- Be fluent in Estonian, Swedish and English language in speech and writing (C1)
- Have at least secondary education
