Job Description
RLB is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join their Thames Valley office, focused on project cost management for a number of commercial, residential, and higher education clients. This role involves providing value for money, managing projects through all stages, and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards. The position requires proactive cost planning, effective negotiation, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Experience of establishing and monitoring project baselines and budgets for Capex and Opex.
- Strong cost control experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with risk management and change control.
