Job Description
RLB is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to take on responsibility for a number of projects ranging from £5m to £500m. This role involves providing financial and legal advice to clients, managing project budgets, and ensuring compliance with standard operational procedures. The position requires proactive client service, effective team management, and strong commercial skills.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Strong technical delivery experience
- Strong experience in Data Centres and/or Commercial
- MRICS or working towards Chartered status
- Strong Feasibility and cost planning experience
- Experience of providing procurement advice and post contract services
- Client facing
- Team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic
- Stakeholder management
- A track record of working with teams and managing projects
- Previous employment by a consultancy or end user client
