Director Client Success, PBM

Rightway is seeking a Director of Client Success for its Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) line of business. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Client Success Managers and Associates, develop strategies for client renewal, growth, and retention, and oversee executive-level client relationships.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in client management, consulting, or operations
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in the healthcare, PBM, or benefits industry
• Bachelor's Degree required, PharmD preferred
• Experience leading and developing teams working with complex PBM products
• Operational excellence and ability to work cross-functionally
• Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to present information in an accessible manner
