Job Description
The Regional Vice President of Public, Labor and Trust (RVP of PLT) Partnerships is responsible for driving growth in our Public, Labor, and Trust market segment, focusing on selling our PBM solution to accounts with 5,000 to 20,000 lives nationwide.
Requirements
- Collaborate with the VP of PLT, EVP of Growth, and CCO to develop and execute a business plan and associated resource requirements to grow these segments in 2026 and beyond.
- Drive high conversion of new and existing deals within this segment by quarterbacking existing deals at the outset.
- Build a nationwide pipeline by expanding existing relationships and proactively prospecting new ones to sell our PBM solution and achieve established revenue targets.
