Controller

Join Rilla, a leading conversation intelligence software for outside sales, as a Controller to help build out the company's accounting operations. This is a full-time, in-person role in NYC, with a compensation package of $120k-170K USD, significant equity, and benefits.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at an accounting firm (ideally with SaaS clients)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting practices
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks AND NetSuite
• Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management
• CPA certification and a degree in Accounting or Finance
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up sleeves and work hands-on in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
