Requirements

• Proven experience in IT Talent Acquisition, with 3+ years managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• A people-oriented and empathic mindset, with a genuine passion for candidate experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in communicating with partners and candidates.
• Ability to work in an international environment, recruiting and communicating in English on a daily basis.
• A proactive, structured, and responsible way of working, with ownership over your processes and results.
