As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, partner with hiring managers, and source top IT talents. You will also create effective job descriptions and postings, track recruitment metrics, and collaborate on employer branding and talent marketing actions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies (Software Engineering, DevOps, etc.)
- Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Good communication skills in English and Latvian (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented, proactive personality being able to manage multiple vacancies independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous learning mindset
