RingEX Director, User Experience

RingCentral is seeking a Director, User Experience to lead the interaction design team and drive the design of enterprise and end-user web/desktop and mobile products. The role involves framing problems to be solved, designing teams that design products, and advocating for user experience across the company.

Requirements

• 10+ years of design experience with at least 5 years in a UX environment
• At least 3 years of hands-on team leadership
• Minimum of BA/BFA in design, human factors engineering, or a related field; MA/MFA/MBA preferred
• Strong portfolio of interaction design work created both individually and indirectly through teams of direct reports
• Web design experience in any of the legacy UX role titles, preferable with web applications or transactional websites
