The successful candidate will work closely with the General Counsel to deliver favorable outcomes and reduce legal risk through effective partnerships and documentation. The role involves attending meetings, preparing documents, and providing litigation support.

Requirements

• Certification or associate degree in paralegal studies
• Experience in preparing memorandums and minutes
• Investigative mind and strong research and communication skills
• Considerable experience with quality control of documents and maintaining deadlines
• Self-starter
