Project Manager, Tenant and Community Relations (51641)

The Project Manager, Tenant and Community Relations will serve as the primary point of contact between RiseBoro's tenants, Property Management, and the Housing Development teams during tenant-in-place rehabilitations and rehabilitations that require tenant relocations. This role is critical to ensuring clear, consistent, and compassionate communication with residents throughout all phases of rehabilitation projects.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in sensitive or high-stress situations.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Working knowledge of affordable housing programs (HPD, HCR, HUD) preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
