Tenant Services Coordinator, Hillside Senior Apartments (51483)

The Tenant Services Coordinator is responsible for providing light-touch social services to all tenants of Hillside Senior Apartments, including case management and support services for previously homeless seniors. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a diverse population.

Requirements

• Experience in social services setting preferred
• Experience in customer or client services required
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer or client services required
• Bilingual English/Cantonese or Mandarin required
• Excellent verbal and written communication required
