The PMO Manager will lead the Project Management Office (PMO) at Rising Edge Group, improving project execution across business units and regions. This role develops and maintains project governance frameworks, facilitates cross-functional alignment, and ensures consistent, successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
- Define and implement the PMO structure, standards, and tools to support consistent, efficient project execution.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure alignment with corporate goals and clarity of accountability.
- Provide teams with access to up-to-date tools, templates, and resources that support project planning and execution.
- Support project teams by troubleshooting workflow issues and removing barriers to consistent delivery.
- Lead onboarding and support for new project staff, including PMs, coordinators, and field-facing roles.
