The PMO Manager will lead the Project Management Office (PMO) at Rising Edge Group, establishing and implementing project governance frameworks, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and ensuring consistent project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree and/or PMP certification are preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a PMO leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and risk management practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze project data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Proven track record of driving organizational change and enhancing project management capabilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
