The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as a business partner in a fast-paced, global organization.

- 3+ years of HR experience
- 2+ years as a business partner in a fast-paced, global organization
- Experience supporting managers in Israel and abroad
- Fast learner
- High level of comfort in speaking, writing and presenting in English
- Strong ability to tailor communication style to work well with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
- Strong background in using data to inform strategy and drive decisions
- Ability to translate business insight and understanding into workforce growth and development strategies
- Availability to work in the EST time zone when needed
