Job Description
A Floor Supervisor role is critical to the success of the River Cree Resort & Casino, supervising the day-to-day operations of a grouping of gaming tables and enhancing the guest's gaming experience.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in the casino industry
- Minimum 1 year demonstrated experience as Floor Supervisor
- Experience with table games, rules, and procedures
- Proven ability to coach and mentor associates
- Excellent interaction skills with the public
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work in high stress environments and dealing with conflict situations
- Able to work in a smoking environment
