Human Resources Generalist

Provide support for the agency's human resources operations, including policy development, labor relations, employee benefits, compensation, performance, training, and other employee services.

Requirements

• Serve as liaison for the agency to assist staff with day-to-day labor relations
• Execute talent acquisition activities for the agency
• Utilize and maintain the agency's human resource information system (HRIS)
• Administer the agency’s benefits program
• Process bi-weekly payroll disbursements
