Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing schedules, tracking progress, addressing challenges, and maintaining communication throughout each phase of the project.

Requirements

• Plan, direct and coordinate activities of designated mechanical, miscellaneous metals, or structural steel construction projects.
• Manage budgeting and scheduling.
• Administer contracts, buyout, documentation, meetings, billings, change conditions, labor productivity, cost control and project closeout.
• Initiate, review, and oversee required project administration and documentation to avoid claims and protect the best interest of RK Industries, Inc. and our client.
• Subcontract agreement negotiation, preparation, processing, and execution.
• Collect payments, progress billing and retention receivables, on or before due dates.
