Implementation Consultant(US Contractor)

RLG is an implementation firm that partners with clients to accelerate their improvement journey. We are looking for experienced Implementation Consultants to help expand our delivery capacity and maintain quality when workloads spike.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in coaching, consulting, or project management
• Proven experience in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, refining, manufacturing, or related fields
• Familiarity with specialized areas such as reliability, maintenance, or capital projects
• A Bachelor's degree (a Master's degree is an asset)
• Mobility to do weekly commutes or rotations
• Strong data analytics skills, including proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
