Senior Implementation Coach

RLG is an implementation firm that partners with clients to accelerate their improvement journey. We are looking for a Senior Implementation Coach who can facilitate team discussions and provide guidance, coaching and support to all organizational levels.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in any field
• Seven (7) years of experience as a Performance Coach or Management Consultant
• Experience with data analytics skills, including MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Competence in one-on-one coaching, facilitation, computer project management, financial knowledge, and problem-solving skills
• Working on Upstream (the exploration and initial production stages of the oil and gas industry), Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt Certification and Operations projects
