Requirements
- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to help identify and execute on hiring needs
- Assist in creating a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Provide administrative and organizational support of all recruitment activities related to screening, scheduling, background checks, hiring and onboarding candidates
- Assist in the preparation of employment contract drafts in all operating regions
- Ensure people data administered through RLG’s candidate trackers and HRIS system are kept up to date
- Track performance metrics and provide regular departmental reports
- Create and maintain department process manuals to support alignment within and between various departments
- Manage candidate travel and interview logistics
- Help create a social media presence and coordinate recruitment campaigns
- Provide support for internal resource planning, management and tracking
- Administer resource assignment details and actions through RLG’s people trackers and HRIS system
- Attend regular resourcing meetings with business leaders
