The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical role within a B2B SaaS company.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical role within a B2B SaaS company
- Deep, hands-on expertise with the HubSpot ecosystem (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Operations Hub)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strategic thinker who can see the big picture and manage the details of execution flawlessly
- Passion for and demonstrated experience with leveraging modern, AI-driven sales tools to gain a competitive edge and boost productivity
- Track record of successfully partnering with and influencing sales leaders and other senior executives
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is skilled at navigating ambiguity to create structure and drive results
