Job Description
We're looking for a Maintenance Engineer - Fabric to join our team at Robertson Facilities Management. As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for undertaking planned, reactive and cyclical maintenance work, servicing and repairing doors, windows, general building fabric and plumbing systems, and ensuring the safe operation & storage of all plant, materials, equipment and tools.
Requirements
- Good Joinery / Fabric skills
- Related trade qualification or experience in a similar role
- Carpentry skills - doors, frames, hinges, locks and furniture repairs
- Plumbing skills - general, repair of sanitary ware (unblocking sinks and toilets, repairing and replacement of taps, toilet flushers, showers etc)
- Basic electrical duties - lamp changes and minor repairs
