We're seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Robertson Facilities Management. As a Maintenance Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of engineers and overseeing the delivery of a comprehensive property maintenance service to Balfour Hospital. You'll work Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, with 38.75 hours per week. This is a permanent position.
Requirements

- Ensure Robertson Group safety and quality control standards are upheld
- Ensure compliance record keeping is maintained to a high standard to maintain compliance with statutory requirements, contract service standards and SHTMs
- Liaise with client Representatives regularly ensuring positive constructive relationships based on long term partnership.
- Plan, prepare, organise, implement, direct and control work schedules carried out by directly employed labour and subcontractors.
- To undertake planned, responsive and cyclical maintenance work either independently, under the supervision of the Contract Manager or as assistant to a maintenance tradesman.
- To operate at all times with safe working practices with due regard to Health and Safety Regulations, COSHH, Waste Disposal etc in accordance with legislative requirements and policies and procedures of RFM.
- To maintain asset histories, maintenance records and helpdesk reports using the CAFM system, informing the Contract Manager or tradesmen of any follow up action that may be required.
- To take part in an On-Call rota providing 24hrs, 365 days cover to the Facilities.
- Purchase Orders are raised accurately and that all variations are costed and agreed.
