Job Description
The Bid Manager plays a key role in driving the success of our commercial process by managing the end-to-end bid lifecycle, from customer inquiry to contract signing. Reporting to the Head of Bid & Quote and Sales Operations, this role is responsible for producing timely, high-quality, and competitive proposals that align with both client requirements and company standards.
Requirements
- Manage the complete bid lifecycle
- Coordinate and drive stakeholder collaboration
- Ensure timely submission of proposals
- Define winning strategies
- Support sales efforts
- Maintain bid management tools and templates
- Lead client communication
- Support contract review and negotiation
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Project Management
