Job Description
Roblox is seeking a People Science Associate to join the People, Places, & Systems group. This role involves optimizing the talent lifecycle, including identifying potential employees, assessing skills, managing development, and ensuring employee experience. The team applies behavioral science and data analysis to shape people strategies and partner with technical teams to evaluate the use of emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral or Social Science, Cognitive Science, Learning Science, Business, Human Resources, Economics, Sociology, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of research design and analysis.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
