Senior Product Designer

Roblox is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of social experiences. The role involves designing end-to-end social sharing products within the Roblox platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture. The designer will contribute to the evolution of Roblox's metaverse platform and impact users worldwide.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Product Design, User Experience Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in UX/UI design, with a strong track record of delivery innovative consumer social experiences.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills and user-centered design thinking.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Maya or similar software.
• End to End systems thinking that advocates for comprehensive and connected user experiences.
• Expert knowledge of communication design patterns and familiarity with e-commerce, 3D Avatars and gaming experiences.
• Proactive problem solving and project management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a design team.
• Collaborative mentality with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence design decisions.
• A deep understanding and passion for the gaming industry, especially user-generated content platforms like Roblox.
• A keen interest in user experience trends, industry advancements, and emerging technologies.
