Job Description
Roblox is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of human interaction by designing immersive experiences for their social platform. The role involves defining UX strategy, building end-to-end social sharing products, and collaborating with other teams to improve user experience. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for Roblox and a focus on solving complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Product Design, User Experience Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in UX/UI design, with a strong track record of delivery innovative consumer social experiences.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Maya or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Expert knowledge of communication design patterns and familiarity with e-commerce, 3D Avatars and gaming experiences.
