Data Steward

At Roche, we aim to prevent, stop, and cure diseases and ensure everyone has access to healthcare today and for generations to come. We are looking for a Data Steward to join our Real-World & Clinical Data Strategy (RWCDS) team, which drives data excellence and analytics to power enhanced decision-making and evidence-generation within Roche Product Development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, Information Science, Information Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working in a data documentation, quality, or metadata-related role
• Understanding of clinical or real-world data structures and foundational stewardship practices
• Basic experience with documentation tools, spreadsheets, or version control systems
• Excellent strategic agility, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
