Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to provide empathetic care and engagement to residents in memory care. The role involves being a 'Patient Observer,' creating human connection, ensuring resident's interests and abilities, and coordinating engagement plans. Requirements
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Computer skills (printing, entering information)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Criminal record check
