Memory Care Support Partner 2p-10p $19-$21 (Full-Time)

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner, joining their team at Vitalia Active Adult Community at Rockside. This is a full-time, 30+ hour position focused on creating human connection with residents, and participating in daily life activities. The role involves understanding residents' needs, collaborating with team members, and documenting care accurately. They emphasize a positive team environment and employee appreciation.

Requirements

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Active and enthusiastic attitude.
• Computer skills for printing and information entry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to assist residents with daily living activities and assist after a fall (with ability to pass criminal background check).
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
• Ability to assist persons after a fall.
