Senior DevOps Engineer

RocketWerkz is an ambitious PC video games studio based on Auckland’s waterfront. Founded by Dean Hall, creator of hit survival game DayZ, we are independently-run but have the backing of one of the world's largest games companies. We need you! As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll work closely with the Enterprise Team to enhance the infrastructure and developer experience behind BRUTAL, a next generation game development framework that powers the video game titles built by RocketWerkz.

Requirements

• Proven CI/CD expertise in complex, multi-platform projects
• Experience using multiple operating systems and project management tools
• Mastery of Git
• First hand experience using GitHub, including Actions and Pages
• Understanding of secure deployment, secret management, and compliance standards
• Commitment to documentation, continuous learning, and ownership of delivery quality
• Ability to estimate workload and anticipate delivery risks ahead of time
• Experience facilitating a team with meeting delivery goals
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and troubleshooting skills
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving tools and technologies
