Senior DevOps Engineer

We're a startup going after the $700+ billion dollar trucking industry, leading the shift to SaaS while revolutionizing the way trucking companies sell, service, and innovate. We're looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in infrastructure role
• Strong communicator
• Experience with Kubernetes (cluster management, upgrades, scaling)
• Experience with SRE, DevOps, GitOps fundamentals, workflows, automations
• AWS expertise (RDS, VPC, IAM, EKS, S3, ElastiCache)
• Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline optimization
• Database operations experience (PostgreSQL, Redis)
• Familiarity with node app development
• Experience measuring with observability stacks
• AI forward mindset and familiarity with tooling (Claude, Cursor, Cline, Windsurf)
• Cost optimization mindset
• Understanding of CI paradigms (Build optimization, Testing Pyramid, Gating)
• Experience with CD tools (Flux, Argo, etc)
• Familiarity with agile / lean methodologies
