Requirements
- Manage the day-to-day execution of recruiting campaigns
- Proactively identify gaps in sourcing and top-of-funnel coverage
- Set up and optimize LinkedIn searches
- Launch and monitor outbound email campaigns
- Pre-decline unqualified candidates
- Collaborate with Talent Operations
- Partner with the Account Lead
- Provide structured feedback on tooling
- Comfort working with AI-driven tools
