Talent Operations Associate

Rockstar is seeking a Talent Operations Associate to support their fast-growing recruitment team. This is a full-time contract role (40 hours/week) ideal for someone early in their career interested in recruiting, operations, or HR. The role focuses on operational workflows, candidate communication, and improving hiring campaigns, while also providing feedback on tools and processes.

Requirements

• Manage day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts
• Respond to candidate inquiries and communicate with professionalism and empathy
• Coordinate and track email campaigns to ensure timely candidate outreach
• Monitor candidate scheduling, reschedules, and confirmations to keep the process on track
• Provide feedback on communication templates, scheduling processes, and campaign tools
