Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or business
- Strong analytical background with a structured way of working
- 3 years of experience from lean manufacturing implementations with a proven track record within operations or from consulting
- Demonstrated coaching and facilitation skills
- Excellent intercultural competencies and flexibility to travel approximately 60-70 days per year internationally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
