Project Controller

We are seeking a Project Controller based in our office in Poznan to join our Group Operating Technology Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for project controlling tasks for development and capex projects, and contributing to the implementation of a new PPM tool. The role requires a strong background in finance and business administration, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Supporting project managers with financial reports and key figures
• Conducting analyses of variances and calculating financial impacts
• Challenging projects to ensure good quality processes and cost structures
• Contributing to and developing financial reporting of projects
• Following up on Program Business Cases
• Handling ad-hoc analyses and tasks
• Developing and training project managers within project excellence
• Aligning processes, reporting, and systems
