3+ years of experience in healthcare quality, High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related field preferred or equivalent experience in operations or project management

Board-certified physician with experience working with older adults and demonstrated interest in clinical teaching or mentoring

Graduate of an accredited RN program, 1 year of experience with elderly populations, basic computer skills

High school diploma or GED, 1 year of previous experience, food safe certification, and basic computer skills

Graduate of an accredited RN program, 1+ year of healthcare experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and excellent communication skills required

High School Diploma or GED, experience working with the frail, elderly or disabled population, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required

High school diploma, CNA license, 1+ year experience working with elderly or disabled population, First Aid/BLS Certification, excellent communication skills, computer efficiency, and ability to work independently

Masters degree in Social Work, minimum of one year of experience working with frail or elderly population, and experience working on a multidisciplinary team

High school diploma, 2 years of office experience, and computer proficiency in office software

High school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years health insurance claims processing experience, working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid 1500 and UB claims
